Our investor relationship is simple, easy to understand, and embedded within a foundation of rocks and dirt. Your invested capital will never loose value within our business and will always generate consistent returns.

Minimum Investment = $10,000
Rate of Return = 15%
Example: A $10,000 investment generates $125 of interest deposited into your account EVERY MONTH.
$125 a month over 12 months = $1,500 or 15% of $10,000 annually.
The minimum hold time of newly invested capital is 12 months. Repayment of principle is an option after 12 months.
What about retail buyers who stop paying for their property? Won’t that impact my returns?
Nope, not at all. For 2 reasons. First, we have a solid default policy which allows us to take back full ownership of the property and re-sell it. Second, we are believers in margins of safety. Meaning, no singular property can influence our company’s stability. Instead, our portfolio of properties provides the value of assets and liquidity needed to guarantee our investors their returns. Plus, we’re buying land, it’s rock solid!
Is my investment backed by individual properties?
While we understand this desire, this is not how our business operates. Our inventory of properties fluctuates constantly with customers who pay-off their property early, defaults and sell offs to other land investors as wholesale. Attaching investor capital to the movement of individual properties is not cost effective. Instead, capital is used to build additional strength into our portfolio of properties.
How does my invested capital get paid back?
If you decide to stop receiving interest only payments, a pay back plan will begin at an interest rate of 5% over 36 months.
Does my investment make me a stock or share holder?
No. Your investment is considered an interest only loan to our business with all terms stated in the contract.
We are a privately owned company; no stock holders, shareholders, or equity partners.
